PLASTIC BAG COVER

Materials

• A book to cover.
• Plastic bag (firm)
• Tape / Scissors

Method

1. Check the bag if it is suitable to be a book cover, make sure that the spine is the same size as the bag's width. If not, find another one.
2. Place the book in the plastic bag, with the spine at the closed end of the bag.
3. Cut the handles of the bag. Shorten the bag if needed, make sure there is a one inch allowance.
4. Tape the length of the book covers.
5. If you encounter a poof at corner of the spine, tuck it inside the cover.
6. To tighten the edges, pull the material towards the centre as you tape them. Not too tight.
7. Done.

Materials

• A ring of cardboard. (From workplace, toilet paper core)
• Acrylic
• Matte Medium

Method

1. Paint over the cardboard.
2. After drying, apply matte medium on the outside, then on the inside.
3. Done.
